A little foreward:
We have read all of the fad diets. Some have an underlying priciple (such as eliminating carbohydrates) while others are mainly starvation. This particular diet just seems weird. Of all of the diets it seems the least factual. It is presented (as are all the fad diets on this page) for your information and enjoyment.
Note: This diet is sometimes referred to as the "New Mayo Diet" however, in this case we think they may be referring not to the Mayo Center Medical facility, but to the National Mayonaise society.
